Elaeagnus mollis seed

Warm Water Soak: Soak the seeds in warm water for 24 hours to help soften the outer shell.

Warm Stratification: Place seeds in a moist medium (like peat moss or sand), and keep them in a warm spot around 20°C (68°F) for 2–4days to encourage dormancy-breaking.

Cold Stratification: Transfer the seeds (still in a moist medium) to the refrigerator (1-5°C, or 33-41°F) for 3-5 days. This simulates winter conditions, helping the seeds break dormancy.

Sowing: After stratification, sow the seeds 1-2 cm deep in a well-draining soil mix, placing them in a warm, light area. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy.
