Castor seed
Ricinus communis, the castor bean plant, produces castor seeds. Though widely named castor bean, it is botanically a seed. This fast‑growing tropical and subtropical broad‑leaf species spreads across warm regions worldwide.

These castor beans are a great plant for any garden. They grow 8-15’+ tall and have some huge leaves on them. They are a annual but reseeds it’s self and if the winters are not to cold the seeds will make it through the winter cold or you can collect them and save them and plant them the next spring. These tall plants look great in the back of the garden with some smaller plants planted around the bottom of them.
