Larix sibirica seed

Larix sibirica is a deciduous tree growing to 30 m. It is hardy to Zone 1 and is not in any way frost tender, as can be the case with some of the so called hardy confiers. It is in Flower from Apr to May, and the seeds ripen from Oct to November. The cones remain on the trees for many years.

It can be grown almost anywhere and also used as a Bonsai specimen.
