Sarcococca hookeriana seed

An evergreen shrub related to the common box that is a small, slow-growing shrub. More spreading than tall and very happy in deep shade. Being a suckering shrub they make good ground cover once established. Winter-flowering with intensely fragrant tiny blooms. Sarcococca hookeriana digyna has purple pink hues to the new emerging shoots.
Humus rich, moist but well drained soil.
